View Your Order Status
- Find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
- Open the order-status or tracking link in that email.
- If prompted, verify your identity using your order confirmation number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
When a tracking number has been added to your shipment, it can be viewed on your order status page. The tracking details and updates available depend on the carrier. If tracking has not been added, the page may not yet show shipment tracking information.
Can't Find Your Confirmation?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email etatebh@gmail.com with your order number, if available, and the email address used at checkout.
