You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. This page summarizes our Refund Policy.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Our policy excludes perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
How to Start a Return
Email etatebh@gmail.com to request a return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item back. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refund Process
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without a reason, notwithstanding the provisions above. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
